Welcome to Viktorya Wellness & Skincare. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or package, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Viktorya Wellness & Skincare is a wellness and aesthetic spa located in Bellevue, Washington. We provide non-surgical cosmetic, skincare, and wellness services designed to support skin health, body care, and overall well-being.

All services are performed by trained and licensed professionals within their scope of practice.

2. SERVICES DISCLAIMER

All treatments and services offered are cosmetic and wellness-based and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Information provided on this website, social media, or during consultations is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

 

3. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Individual results vary. While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, no specific results are guaranteed.

Many treatments—including but not limited to Endospheres Therapy, CryoSkin, facials, and body treatments—require a series of sessions and proper maintenance for optimal results.

 

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

By receiving services, clients acknowledge that:

  • They have provided accurate and complete health information

  • They will follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

  • They understand that outcomes depend on individual factors including lifestyle, health, and consistency

Failure to follow recommendations may affect results.

 

5. PAYMENT POLICY

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or service unless otherwise specified.

We may offer financing options (such as Affirm) for eligible purchases.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

 

6. PACKAGE POLICY

Packages are designed to provide optimal results and value.

  • Packages are non-refundable

  • Packages have no cash value

  • Packages may not be exchanged for other services

  • Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe (if applicable)

  • Promotional packages may have additional restrictions

Certain packages may be transferable at the discretion of Viktorya Wellness & Skincare.

 

7. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotions:

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated

  • May have expiration dates or usage requirements

  • May require services to begin within a specific timeframe (commonly within 6 weeks)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

 

8. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of the scheduled session

  • Deposits may be forfeited if applicable

This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and providers.

 

9. LIABILITY WAIVER

By receiving services at Viktorya Wellness & Skincare, clients acknowledge and accept that:

  • All treatments carry some level of risk, including but not limited to redness, sensitivity, swelling, or other temporary or rare adverse reactions

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Viktorya Wellness & Skincare and its providers are not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions, failure to follow instructions, or individual biological responses

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with treatments.

 

10. MEDICAL & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Certain treatments are designed to work as part of a series.

For example:

  • Body treatments may require a minimum recommended number of sessions for visible results

  • Maintenance sessions may be necessary to sustain results
