1:1 Extraction Technique Coaching

2.5 HOURS | PRIVATE 1:1 | $595

 

This session is for professionals who already understand extraction fundamentals and actively perform extractions, but want a second set of experienced eyes on the way they work. Rather than following a set classroom curriculum, the session is built around the student's existing technique. Viktorya observes first, identifies areas that can be improved, then coaches the student in real time while they continue working. Demonstration is used selectively when a specific movement, angle, hand position, or approach is easier to show than explain.

 

How the 2.5-Hour Session Is Structured

 

  • Goals and technique discussion: Review the student's experience, current approach, specific challenges, and what they want evaluated.

  • Initial observation: Student begins working on the model using their normal technique while Viktorya observes hand placement, pressure, positioning, angles, tool handling, pace, and decision-making.

  • Guided technique refinement: Continue hands-on work with real-time corrections. The emphasis is on immediately adjusting technique rather than completing a long uninterrupted extraction session.

  • Targeted demonstration: Viktorya demonstrates only the specific techniques or approaches that would benefit the student based on what was observed. Demonstration may also be interspersed throughout the session rather than performed as one continuous block.

  • Apply the corrections: Student returns to hands-on work and practices the adjustments with continued coaching.

  • Review and Q&A;: Discuss the student's strongest areas, the most important technique changes to continue practicing, and any remaining questions.

Areas That May Be Evaluated

 

  • Finger and hand placement

  • Skin stabilization and body positioning

  • Amount and direction of pressure

  • Angles and repositioning

  • Gauze, cotton-tip, and comedone-extractor technique

  • Approach to stubborn or difficult congestion

  • Efficiency and pace

  • Recognizing when to change approach, reassess, or stop

  • Minimizing unnecessary skin trauma

Prerequisite

​​

This is not an introductory extraction class. Participants must already have professional education in facial extractions and current hands-on extraction experience. Foundational instruction in acne, lesion identification, skin anatomy, sanitation, and basic extraction theory is not included.

Live Model

 

A live model with visible, extractable facial congestion is required. The student is responsible for providing an appropriate model unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Important: This is a private technique-coaching session rather than a certification course. Its purpose is observation, hands-on correction, targeted demonstration, and personalized guidance.
